EVALUATION PROCESS
An evaluation is conducted with the full participation of all parties. A typical evaluation includes:

Two interviews with each parent
Parent-child observations, and/or interviews with children (depending upon age)
Contact with collateral sources, including personal (family and friends) and professional (therapists, teachers, etc.) contacts
Review of records
In certain circumstances, parents may be expected to obtain specialized assessments (i.e. drug & alcohol or psychological assessment).

Following the gathering of all the information, I will complete a written report which will conclude with recommendations about all aspects of the parenting schedule, including recommendations for any services, if they appear to be appropriate and necessary. I will also provide the option of a post-report joint meeting with both attorneys. If there are Pro Se parties, they will have the opportunity to submit written questions regarding any issues needing clarification.
